Limit on MTG singles
No more than four (4) copies of any one card may be purchased by any one customer within a 24-hour period. Orders exceeding this limit may be modified or cancelled, at our discretion.
Paying for orders in the store
You can place an order through our website and then come into the store to pay for it. Please note that you must pay for your order within three (3) days, or it may be cancelled.
Picking up orders in the store
Orders for pickup that are paid online at the time of purchase will be processed and held for up to two weeks. After two weeks, if your order has not been picked up and you have not contacted us to make other arrangements, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Orders that are not paid online will not be processed until you arrive at the store. You may call in advance to ask us to process your order a few hours before you plan to be in the store.
There is generally no restocking fee for cancelled orders. However, customers who frequently cancel orders may be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. If you need to cancel your order after submitting it, please contact us.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Eudemonia within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Magic singles, other used items, or opened items that are not defective.
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
